Nina Ricci confirms Guillaume Henry as Creative Director

For several weeks rumours have been circulating that Carven's Creative Director,
Guillaume Henry, was to take the helm at Nina Ricci, replacing Peter Copping.Nina Ricci confirmed today Henry will commence his appointment early 2015. The French luxury house, which was founded in Paris in 1932 is a far cry from Carven, and famous for its elegant and romantic dresses.
Ricci's parent company Puig told WWD that Henry's "artistic vision, intuition, intelligence, charisma and curiosity" would realise "great ambitions for the brand".
Henry joined Carven in 2010, during which time it became a sought after brand for its clever take on Parisian style.
