San Francisco - The RealReal just announced a new pop-up opening in San Francisco. Located in Union Square on Stockton Street, the luxury consignment company just launched its temporary boutique including women's and men's fashions.
The opening marks the brand's second brick and mortar experience. The pop-up is set to last two months and will feature one-of-a-kind luxury items, women's apparel, men's apparel, fine jewelry, and more. In addition to its retail offerings, the label allows clients to drop off consignment. Customers who visit the shop can expect to find a range of items from Birkin handbags to high-profile sneakers.
"As a San Francisco-based company, we're excited to expand our brick-and-mortar footprint to the west coast and open our doors to the luxury shoppers and consignors of our hometown this holiday season," said The RealReal CEO and founder Julie Wainwright in a statement. "We are always looking for new ways to offer our customers and consignors access to our experts on a personal level and our SF pop-up shop is another strategic move for us in that direction. We're excited to test the market and bring our unique luxury experience to the Bay Area."
The opening of the pop-up also follows a successful launch of a flagship that opened in New York recently. This marks The RealReal's Segway into brick-and-mortar for customer and consignors. The shop is one more step towards bringing more awareness and value to luxury consignment in the fashion industry.
