Marc Fisher LTD keeps travel in mind with current collection

Doing airport style can be a challenge, and so is packing a fashionable wardrobe for traveling.

However, a certain gentleman has worked to make sure that your footwear can be functional and stylish when you're enjoy globe trotting. Marc Fisher, the founder of Marc Fisher LTD, ensured that his shoe offerings for the season would be of the highest levels of both comfort and style for his customers. This season, he's done several shoes with padded insoles and quality materials like leather and suede that can withstand everyday wear.

According to Fisher "The Marc Fisher LTD woman loves to explore, so we know she's going to wear our shoes while traveling. We want her to go to her closet and consistently reach for our shoes. Whether she's going on a business trip to Chicago or vacationing in Tulum, our styles are as fashion forward as they are comfortable."

Over the past several months, the brand has received positive feedback from their customers regarding the fit and comfort of their shoes. Fisher says the true testament to the design and wearability of his designs is when he notices the majority of employees coming into the office wearing them.

The most popular styles in the collection are the Yale boot, their best-selling bootie from last fall, which will be offered in a variety of new colors for spring. The brand also has an innovative new offering called the Frey flat, which features an elastic back that doesn't pinch on the heel.

The inspiration for the collection was casual luxury with a 70s feel. Details on some of the shoes include tassels, fringe, and rope to keep the the styles underrated, but still modern and chic.

Price points for the collection range from 140 dollars to 329 dollars. The shoes are available at marcfisherfootwear.com, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, and Lord & Taylor.
